Rosenberger products, software and technology are subject to export controls under the laws and regulations of the European Union (EU), People's Republic of China (CN), the United States (US) and any other applicable countries’ export laws and regulations. Export, re-export, transfer and use of Rosenberger products may require obtaining one or more authorizations, permits, or licenses.

All Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Numbers provided by Rosenberger are subject to change without notice. Any use of such classifications by you is without recourse to Rosenberger and is at your own risk. Rosenberger is in no way responsible for any damages whether direct, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, suffered by you as a result of using or relying upon such classifications for any purpose whatsoever.

The licence requirement is determined by the country to which you export, the end user, the end use and the product itself. The stated classification only applies to equipment as it left the Rosenberger factory. Any modifications or changes, after leaving the Rosenberger facility, will be your responsibility to obtain further classifications.
