A device is any connected unit that feeds data into Commander, telematics hardware, a tachograph reader, an asset tracker or a beacon, or a virtual OEM-API connection with no hardware at all. Telematics hardware, SIM connectivity, installation and software all come from a single source.

How much does Commander cost?
From €10.83 per vehicle or machine per month, as an effective monthly rate incl. hardware calculated over 36 months. Commander comes in three models, BUY, FLEX and RENT, which differ in how hardware and subscription are paid. Plus €25 one-time setup and activation per device; installation not included. The exact price depends on quantity and product, you receive an individual quote.

How is Commander priced?

No per-customer onboarding fee. No per-user charges. A one-time setup and activation fee applies per device when first connected. BUY pays the hardware and the subscription for the full term once upfront, FLEX pays the hardware once upfront, RENT includes the hardware in the monthly fee. Is there a minimum contract term?
It depends on the model. FLEX is available from a 24-month minimum term, BUY and RENT from 36 months, and longer commitments can qualify for discounts. No minimum fleet size, you can start with a single asset. For larger rollouts, we are flexible on contract structure.

How long does setup take?
Commander is operational immediately after device installation. The onboarding process, account setup, user configuration, alert rules, report schedules, is guided by our team and typically complete in the first week.
No IT project. No multi-month rollout. Most customers are up and running before they expected to be.

Do you offer a pilot or trial period?
We offer a free 30-minute live demo of Commander focused on your use case and fleet type. For larger organisations considering a wider rollout, we can discuss a pilot arrangement for a subset of your fleet. Contact us to start the conversation.

What installation options are available?
How the devices get into your vehicles is flexible: our team can travel to your location and handle the rollout end to end, we can train your own workshop technicians to install and commission devices independently, or we can coordinate with a certified installation partner near you.
Regardless of who performs the installation, every rollout is guided by the R-SERVICE app, step-by-step instructions, real-time diagnostics, and a quality gate that produces a fully documented installation record with photos before each device goes live.
Installation is quoted separately from the subscription.
