Onboarding new customers

• Taking over closed deals from sales managers
• Training new customers on our COMMANDER software platform, in collaboration with the support team
• Coordinating hardware installation with customers and installation partners
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all questions during the initial phase

Supporting existing customers

• Scheduling and conducting regular coordination meetings
• Following up on customer satisfaction, identifying issues, and escalating them internally
• Highlighting features to customers that they are not yet using

Providing technical support to the sales team

• Serving as the point of contact for sales managers regarding technical and product-related questions
• Developing appropriate solutions for specific use cases
• Accompanying sales managers to customer meetings when in-depth technical knowledge is required

Coordinating larger customer projects

• Serving as the central point of contact for extensive rollouts across multiple locations, branches, or countries
• Facilitating coordination between the customer, implementation partners, support, and development
• Maintaining an overview of the schedule, open issues, and responsibilities - you are the person who knows exactly where the project stands

Important:

• Technical understanding and a willingness to truly learn a software product in depth
• Experience in direct customer contact, such as in customer success, support, application consulting, technical sales, project management, or training
• The ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms—our customers are construction managers, fleet managers, and dispatchers, not IT specialists
• An independent, structured approach to work
• Very good German, good English
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel to client meetings in the DACH region

A plus, but not required:

• Knowledge of telematics, IoT, fleet management, or construction equipment
• Experience with SaaS products, interfaces, and ERP integrations
• Experience conducting training sessions
