Junior Sales Manager, Digitalisation & IoT
You want to learn real sales, not a call centre, but consultative selling for a complex product in a growing market. We will show you how modern B2B sales works: from the first demo to close.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting digital sales management from lead generation to close
- Working across direct and partner sales
- Learning TAM, ICP, value proposition, and pipeline management
- Getting up to speed with CRM systems and KPIs
- Supporting the build-out of AI sales enablement
- Developing a hunter mindset in sales
- Presenting the product and preparing contract negotiations
- Attending trade shows and events
What you bring
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales and strong customer focus
- Strong interest in IoT and digitalisation
- First sales experience, or a startup/software background is a plus
- Motivated attitude and eagerness to learn
- Good German and English

Sales Manager, Digitalisation & IoT

App Developer
Our Flutter apps run on the phones of fleet managers, technicians, and drivers across Europe. You build features that are live tomorrow: directly, tangibly, measurably.
Your responsibilities
- Extending and maintaining our Flutter mobile apps
- Working with our REST API layer (Dio)
- Advancing our mapping features (OpenStreetMap)
- Firebase (Analytics, push notifications, app distribution)
- Collaborating with the QA team for quality-assured releases
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane & Jenkins)
- Occasional work with native Android/iOS code
- Agile team meetings in English (Scrum)
What you bring
- Experience in Flutter app development
- Knowledge of REST APIs and mobile development standards

Software Developer, IoT & Cloud

- Active contribution in an agile, international Scrum team
- Designing and implementing new features, bug fixing, and refactoring
- Stack: Kotlin, Micronaut, Apache Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker, OpenShift
- Tools: IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, Postman, Jira, Confluence
- Deployment and operations in test and production environments
- Technical support for sales and customer success
What you bring
- Degree in computer science (university, FH, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in OOP, ideally Java/Kotlin
- Team-oriented working style and willingness to share knowledge
- Excellent English
Business Analyst
You are the link between customers, product, and engineering. You define what gets built, and make sure it actually solves what needs solving. Communication skills and technical understanding carry equal weight here.
Your responsibilities
- Gathering and defining requirements
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Coordinating and managing testing activities and product delivery
- Clear communication and actively driving projects forward
- Close collaboration across departments for product definition
- Contributing innovative solution proposals
What you bring
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Background in the software industry
- Knowledge of IT requirements management and IT project management
- Experience in external customer contact
- High level of independence, strong communication skills, and analytical ability
- Excellent German and English
