Booking, keyless handover, automatic billing, in one flow

Commander’s Vehicle Booking module gives employees a digital interface to reserve pool vehicles, via the web platform or the R-DRIVE mobile app. When integrated with Traka key management systems, the booking triggers an automatic key release: the vehicle key becomes accessible in the Traka key cabinet at the reserved time, and is automatically locked again after return. No key box administrator. No late returns going unnoticed.

Every booking is logged and attributed to the reserving employee, their department, or their cost centre. This data feeds directly into automatic billing or cost-centre allocation reports, no manual reconciliation required.
